📣 A Few Notes on Workflow
-
All MARPEs Require Approval
You will receive a notification via EasyRx once a setup is ready for review. Please approve promptly to avoid delays. -
Set Your Preferences Once
If you use the same preferences regularly, email TJ Wright (tj@odlortho.com) or Sarah Keller (sarahk@odlortho.com) to help build a template in your account. This avoids repeat typing and ensures design accuracy every time.
💡 Important Internal Routing
If your case is missing any of the information above, it will not move forward into digital design. Our Rx Designer, Jenna, will ensure all clinical preferences are present. If not, the case will be held or kicked back to the sales team. This protects case integrity and your patient’s timeline.
