      Are the 3D printed models included in the price of the appliance?

      The cost of the 3D printed model is not included in the cost of the appliance and will be an additional $16.00 per model with the appliance unless it is a VIVID retainer.  For 3D-printed models without an appliance, the charge is $40.00 per model.
