Are the 3D printed models included in the price of the appliance?

The cost of the 3D printed model is not included in the cost of the appliance and will be an additional cost per model with the appliance unless it is a VIVID retainer or Infinity RPE.  Please refer to our price list for more information about 3D printed appliances and pricing.
