If you have a Trios scanner, you will need to send us a connection request through your scanner using the following email address 3shape@odlortho.com under the connection tab.
This integration allows your TRIOS scans to become available to ODL. There are two ways that we accept TRIOS scans.
- You can download the .STL digital model files from your 3Shape system and upload them into the easyrx prescription via the uploads tab.
- Enable the TRIOS integration with your easyrx account which will provide ODL with both the scan and the prescription. Please note that with any portal submission, we use easyrx to manage all of our scans. If an easyrx prescription is not submitted there is a good chance that we will miss the scan.
