      How do I know if I should use the MSE, or the custom Marpe system?

      MSE is generally best for mid-palatal anchorage, while Custom is ideal when closer positioning to the palate is necessary.

      MSE is generally best for mid-palatal anchorage, while Custom is ideal when closer positioning to the palate is necessary. With the MSE we only have so much control over where the tads and expansion screw is placed.
