How do I mail bands to ODL?

When creating an EasyRx prescription for an appliance where you are mailing the bands, please ensure that you select the correct option as seen below:

To mail the bands for a digital prescription, we would ask that you print a label from EasyRx for the relevant prescription, and attach it to the bands being mailed to us. See the screen shot below to see where you print the label.
