# How do I send back an appliance?

If you need to send us an appliance for investigation or repair if it broke, please

1. Print out the EasyRx script.
2. Wrap your appliance so that it will not break.
3. Create a free shipping label [here](https://returns.usps.com/Label/CreateSingle?Code=9ABF247803104D3AB134E64279DFFCDB&DisplayType=Customer), and send it back to us for repair or investigation.
