How do I ship something back to ODL?

Once you click on Shipping Label, the following screen will appear. Enter the required information and click Next.

Make sure to enter something in the box marked Merchandise Description. You can use the word "box" or "models," etc. You must type something in the box for it to allow you to move onto the nex

Verify your information on the next screen and click submit. Make sure to keep the tracking number for your records, in case your case get sidetracked in the USPS delivery system.

Please ensure to include your practice name, patient name, prescription ID, and the script associated if applicable.
