If you experience an issue with an appliance at any time, you can submit a remake or repair, to do this in EasyRx please follow the instructions below:
- Go to the original prescription, and select remake or repair (highlighted below)
- Enter your new date needed
- Attach a new scan, if necessary
- Please make a comment detailing why the appliance needs to be remade or repaired, and if the original appliance is being returned to ODL
You may be asked to return the appliance with the remake or repair. Sometimes a photo will suffice. We will always need a reason as to why the appliance needs a remaking or repair so include that on your easyrx script.
