All of our cases are shipped using UPS. Once a case has shipped you can enter the patient file to easily find the tracking information.
1. Click "View" on the patient file to pull up the prescription linked to the tracking number.
2. Click "Track outgoing package
3. Once this has been selected, the UPS tracking number will appear. This link will take you through to the UPs website and show you exactly where your package is!
