I lost or broke my aligners, what do I do?

Please go into the MyVIVIDPortal and find the patient that the aligners either broke or were lost. You will then click on the option in the top right corner to create a new case for that patient. In the notes let us know that this is a remake. If your patient is in mid-treatment you may or may not want new scans based on how long they have been without an aligner.
