Be sure to send upper and lower scans along with a protrusive bite. If a bite is not supplied be sure to indicate how far forward you would like us to advance the mandible. We recommend using a George Gauge from Great Lakes Orthodontics to measure and take a bite. Please also send the MIO measurement which is the Maximum Incisal Opening. This will help us know what size arms to use so the patient and fully open their mouth. Your scanning software may also provide some options to allow you to send us this info.
