If you receive a broken in half 3d printed resin model with your appliance, we will reprint it and send it to you. You will need to go into the original rx and click on "request a remake" on the upper left. You will need to add a comment letting us know that you received a broken model and to remake the model only and submit that as an rx. These are "working models" meant to be used to make the appliance we made you. We cannot guarantee that you'll receive a pristine working model every time.
