What is your warranty policy?

Review our warranty. We will always try to ensure we do not stop until you're happy, but there may be times when a case is outside warranty and may or may not be covered. Please review the details below.

Warranty

ODL has a 90-day warranty period - if there is an issue with the workmanship of the appliance within this period we will remake or repair the appliance at no extra charge, no questions asked.  After this time, all repairs are charged based on the work performed to complete a satisfactory repair. We understand that each repair has its challenges, so we review every case as we receive it. This is everything except laser band placement. See *Note below. 


Band Warranty

ODL only fully guarantees the fit on doctor-fit bands and our laser-sintered bands.  

Out of Warranty Remake or Repair

If the appliance is outside of our 90-day warranty or needs repair for issues other than craftsmanship, it should be returned to us via mail for assessment. This allows us to offer a 30.00% reline discount where appropriate.

NOTE* ODL does not guarantee the fit of appliances placed 5 weeks or longer after scans due to the potential dentition shift. Please schedule your patients accordingly to accommodate them. 

*Note: During the 90-day warranty period, we will ask for photos or the return of the appliance. We are continually improving our processes, and your help ensures the highest-quality product.

*Any in-office repairs will void the ODL warranty.
